Hour House is looking for a full-time employee to provide housekeeping/janitorial services for our organization.
The housekeeper will need to be able to assure the cleanliness and preparation of all rooms and restrooms, maintain the cleanliness of all floors, and maintain general cleaning of all facilities as needed or assigned. Will need to empty trash and garbage containers, complete maintenance request forms as needed, maintain cleaning supplies inventory, and utilizes universal precautions in all cleaning responsibilities. Will need to complete all laundering as needed and prepare rooms and tables for meetings as needed. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, safety rules, short correspondence, memos, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole number, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money, weight measurements, volume and distance. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, schedule or diagram form. Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety on concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Must have a valid Driver's license and maintain a good driving record. High School diploma or GED required.

Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shift
COVID-19 considerations: All staff must be vaccinated or file a religious or medical exemption AND test weekly. Mask are required in common areas and anytime 6 foot social distancing cannot be maintained.
