Hour House in Charleston, IL has an urgent need for an experienced clinician to join our management team as the Women’s Residential Treatment Program Coordinator.
The Coordinator’s responsibilities include a limited amount of direct clinical service to clients, clinical supervision, discipline and performance evaluation of a team of 2-5 clinicians including equine therapy staff, and 7-8 hourly direct servicestaff, program planning and development, staff training, and quality assurance.
As a member of the management team this employee will participate in overall agency administrative tasks such as strategic planning, policy development, agency staff training, problem solving and evaluation, assurance of compliance with evidence-based practices and accreditation and licensing standards.
The qualifications needed for this position include a Master’s in counseling, psychology, social work or rehabilitation, licensure and/or certification, and a minimum of 3 years full time clinical experience. We will consider a candidate with a bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, rehabilitation or social worker with strong history of experience in SUD treatment services. The right candidate will understand substance use disorder as an illness and be able to model this philosophy in their supervision and treatment provision.

Entry level candidates considered. Excellent verbal and written communication required. Candidates must hold substance use disorder counselor certification from ICB, Inc. or licensure as an LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
