East Central IL
We provide services at ten locations in east central Illinois. Based on your unique situation and what we recommend after your free screening, you may be able to access the services at one of our ten locations.
In compliance with our State funding, CEAD Council (d/b/a Hour House) gives admission priority to the following patients (unless such priority would violate State of Federal Law): pregnant women with injecting drug use, pregnant women with a substance use disorder, individuals with injecting drug use, post-partum women and women with children; DCFS referred persons, TANF, DOC releases and those with service in the U.S. Armed Forces.
Central East Alcoholism and Drug Council (d/b/a Hour House) is accredited through CARF, licensed and funded in whole or in part through the Illinois Department of Human Services: Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
